This is a new liberal disorder only recently identified by me. I'm certain it could be applied in years past as well, but I digress, retro actively. This strange disorder manifests itself as a strong and ruthless attack on law abiding Americans. In order to correctly assess the Stoneman Douglass effect, several criteria have to be met. They are listed below.
Criteria to identify Stoneman Douglass effect

1. A horrific mass murder must have been committed.
2. A firearm must have been used (if not Stoneman Douglass does not apply)
3. The shooter must have committed over ten felonies not arrested for prior to incident.
4. Federal agencies must have been aware of shooters threats.
5. More than one local LE must have been on the scene and refuse to act.
6. National and local media must immediately call for gun control, ignoring all facts.

When all of these things are identified, you have the condition known as the Stoneman Douglass effect.
