You can reload a shotgun while firing it……a belt fed machine gun….you have no idea what you are talking about so please…..listen to people who actually research the issue…they will tell you that the survivors of these mass shootings describe all of these guys as calm, taking their time and in no hurry……….why…because they are the only one with a gun shooting people who are unarmed.

It will matter to law abiding citizens....

Criminals will get standard magazines if they want or need them, just like the criminals and terrorists in France had fully automatic rifles in a country that doesn't have gun stores, gun shows or private sales and completely bans fully automatic military rifles.

The mass shooters, several of them did indeed use the California legally mandated 10 round magazines...and happily murdered as many people as they wanted.

There is a study due out soon on this very issue...you have already seen part of what it covers because I posted it for you......
