Then the 1932 tax hikes to pay for Hoovers massive government spending programs. FDR continued all the bad policies of Hoover, which dragged out the depression for over a decade.

Frankie....buddy....let me explain something to you. When you take a job that pays "$8 to $10 an hour", that's where you start. Now, since progressives never leave the couch, I can understand how the concept of "start" is a difficult concept for you low IQ minions to grasp.
But what it basically means is that after a year, if you did a good job, you will get an increase. And the same thing the the next year. And the year after that. And since it is done by percentages (in most cases), each year your increase gets bigger and bigger and bigger as your salary gets bigger. And then.....then....you get this thing called a "promotion". Now this is a really tough concept for you parasites. But a promotion is what happens when you work really well for a while, they give you a higher job with more responsibilities and even more money because you have proven yourself.
So in a few years, that "$10 an hour job" becomes a $20 an hour job and then becomes a $30 an hour job. You would understand that simple reality if you ever actually held a job. Clearly, you haven't. Ever.

RBA boss says it's time for most Australians to get a pay rise

Reserve Bank governor Philip Lowe has urged the nation's employers to give workers a solid pay rise, saying "year after year" of poor income growth is a much larger threat to the economy than falling property prices in Sydney and Melbourne.
In testimony to a parliamentary committee that suggests the bank has set a high bar for any cuts in official interest rates, Dr Lowe backed recent increases in the minimum wage while arguing most Australians needed a large payrise to kickstart the economy.
The Reserve recently downgraded its forecasts for the economy although Dr Lowe said growth of 3 per cent, unemployment at 5 per cent and inflation at 2 per cent were still "not a bad set of numbers".
