Zone1 Nobody is free from racism in a secular society

This is a vague ominous statement. What technology are you talking aboutt and what specifically do you want the technology to do?
The technology is everything we have available to us, and I want it to guide us towards the ideals that are described in the Preamble of the subsisting federal charter.

Things that we have available to us, to advance a better government charter are the laws. If the founders were to have been blessed with information from the future concerning what they needed to make a better Constitution, the list of the primary sections of law would have been the most helpful. Next would be a list of election/voting games, and then the word processing technology that we have to format and organize the directive systems that create the government.

If the American experiment has failed it's because certain descendants of former slaves think they're owed compensation and a free ride for the rest of their lives. There, I've gone and said it.

And that would be because the over-run of the faulty system has failed to guide us to the correct solution. More than likely, segregation of macro-economic ideologies is inevitable.

They're redefining the political parties now, fueled by the Israel-Palestine conflict. Its for the sole purpose of keeping the carrot of truth dangling over the public's nose..
The politicians might be losing control of what they know is reliable.

Wags Wearing Wigs Ruling Us From the Horse and Buggy Era

Let the people vote on the laws proposed by Congress. No override for Congress, either. Let the pre-owned politicians be no more than law clerks. The ruling class's Constitution turned civics into a spectator sport.

That is an interesting concept. How do you make it interesting enough that the proper laws get passed and the improper laws are properly archived and studied for reordering?

You think it would be easy to write legislation, explain it, and gather support for it from the other guys who want to get famous for writing trivial laws, or being with the popular ideas, rather than what is really right.

How are you going to do that so it works correctly?
