The Democrats could have voted for this if they really wanted it. They could have engaged in some debate for it. Instead they are trying to claim they support it without actually supporting it.

Seriously? It's the House's agenda to make, not the Senate's and when Pelosi has something for the house to vote on, as in a bill, that has a specific goal and vetted through the committees, that is also scored/costed out, THEY will bring it up for debate and a vote... according to the importance it plays in THEIR agenda, not the R's in the senate.

I do not see how YOU do not see this? This political gaming and posturing is done quite a bit by both sides of the aisle.... maybe I watch too much C-Span???
