NYC students forced to go remote as city houses nearly 2K migrants displaced by storm at their school

You do?

Then identify what laws these migrants have broken
They were allowed into this country
First and foremost illegal entry into the U.S.A.

Incidentally the latest Supreme Court ruling can jeopardize any defense by Mayorkas in the upcoming impeachment...

Look at post 112.
Not sure what your second part is about. :dunno:

Glad to see you are actually reading before you post your misinformation.
It shows you are wrong in claiming they are here illegally and are breaking immigration laws

Does this mean you will stop your trolling of this thread?

So you're of the opinion Abbot should keep them in texas?
No, it seems that RW thinks they should have stayed there.
My opinion is that they shouldn't be here in the first place.

No issues with the legal migrants, the ones who have the paperwork before they cross over
Just not the illegal migrants who come illegally then fill out paperwork...or not..

They entered legally and requested asylum

~~~~~~
Hah, Hah Hah, Before Gov. Abbott began shipping Illegals to Blue States. The former Mayor of NYC was shipping homeless to other States. I notice you never complained or shed tears about that...
Presenting themselves at a border crossing and requesting sanctuary is how most of them get here. They have legal status whether you like it or not.
No, no they did not, they entered illegally.
There is proper protocol for requesting asylum.
And having the cartel bring them to the border isn't part of it.
Releasing them unvetted in the US is not part of it either. :eusa_whistle:
They have requested asylum
Otherwise they would not be in that tent city
You said it yourself
Once the immigrant crosses the river other than at a point of entry, they become illegals.
They didn’t sneak across the River and went through a legal point of entry to request asylum
Makes them legal
Well....I guess when you use a corrupt administration who makes up laws as they go along,
you may have something...but, if the paperwork isn't being filled out, it's really hard to call them legal.
If you aren't vetting them, it seems that a lot of protocol is being thrown out the window.
You can call a VW a Lexus all you want, but, it's still a VW. :rolleyes-41:
They are following existing laws.
They are overwhelming our immigration system but they are here legally. Anything “illegal” is our country not being able to keep up.
Are you ready to stop trolling this thread with misinformation about these migrants?
No, no they are not, the corrupt administration is not enforcing the existing laws.
It's not trolling.
No. They are not following existing law.
It’s a simple matter to find the existing law.
  • “Illegal Entry”/8 U.S.C. § 1325 makes it a crime to unlawfully enter the United States. It applies to people who do not enter with proper inspection at a port of entry, such as those who enter between ports of entry, avoid examination or inspection, or who make false statements while entering or attempting to enter. A first offense is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine, up to six months in prison, or both.
Now would be a good time to stop trolling the thread.
Now you are getting it
“It applies to people who do not enter with proper inspection at a port of entry, such as those who enter between ports of entry, avoid examination or inspection”
These people entered a proper point of entry and requested asylum. They are legally here until their asylum request is heard
