Obama 'The threat of sanctions remains potent in it's potentiality', "I lead from behind" and always have an "emerging response" is a joke to Putin. Putin knows literally everything there is to know about Obama and Obama's past, including some things that Obama will never want the public to know.....and Obama knows it. For instance. Who has Obama's original 'long form BC looked safely away in his bedroom safe in his palace in Moscow? That's right. Putin. Along with every original Obama school record and application form to attend those universities.
When Putin has to sit in the same room as Obama you can read utter contempt in Putin's face for Obama. Putin doesn't like 'bi' men. But on the bright side Putin knows he can 'play' Obama for another 2 1/2 years before America may need to be seriously considered worth having to deal with. In the mean time Putin will do whatever he fucking wants to and go where ever he wants and will take whatever he wants with impunity.
The EU has no choice but to keep their mouths shut for economic reasons.
Some raving MSNBC talking head **** declared that the US should start selling natural gas to the EU to blunt Putin's hold over Germany etc. That's right. The US is going to send tankers full of natural gas across the Atlantic into the North sea. That's going to be some pretty expensive gas.
