It's not their plan. That's something your puppet masters told you. It was written about by Heritage, but Heritage is not the GOP or government. It was just an opinion piece is all.

As for Romney, you won't find one Republican against it because he implemented a state program in a very liberal state. A representative is supposed to give his or her constituents what they want. States have constitutional rights such as being able to have programs like that. On the federal level, we have a Constitution that clearly spells out what the federal government is to be responsible for providing.
