Obama Federal Judge Rules Against Christian School in Favor of Perversion

This hopefully will get struck down as it moves up the legal ladder. It's a private religious school and the government should get bent.
Unless they are getting Federal dollars. Do they?

The 1st amendment protects religious entities from government, not the other way around. They can't deny federal funding if the school meets the basic requirements.
They can if this is one of the basic requirements. Is that an answer to my question? Do they in fact take Federal money? Seems like an easy fix for them.
You guys seem to destroy neighborhood after neighborhood.

Democratic Party has no sense of moral decency. Want biological men to compete against biological girls in sport's and shower nude with them. Sick fucking assholes!

This case will go where every case of this nature goes... to the Supreme Court.

Remember the good old days when these Dem filth hid in the closet.
At the same time it was Democrat Klansman that persecuted gays, blacks, and everyone else the Democrat elite didn't approve of. They simply swapped their white hoods for black masks, BLM is the KKK of today.
Dude, they all switched to the republic party in the 1960's. Found new life as knuckle dragging maga fuckups in 2016 and have been dumbing themselves down since.
"...Only in the 1980s did more white Southerners self-identify as Republicans than as Democrats, and only in the mid-1990s did Republicans win most Southern House seats and become competitive in most state legislatures...."

“These Negroes, they're getting pretty uppity these days and that's a problem for us since they've got something now they never had before, the political pull to back up their uppityness. Now we've got to do something about this, we've got to give them a little something, just enough to quiet them down, not enough to make a difference. For if we don't move at all, then their allies will line up against us and there'll be no way of stopping them, we'll lose the filibuster and there'll be no way of putting a brake on all sorts of wild legislation. It'll be Reconstruction all over again. [Said to Senator Richard Russell, Jr. (D-GA) regarding the Civil Rights Act of 1957]”

Nope.. You have a problem. The school can't forbid young people from showering together.. They are certainly not forced to do so.
Nope, the "problem" is the commies running the school system and Federal Department of Education.

What does any of that have to do with Democrat Klansmen? Klan numbers were already declining, there is no evidence whatsoever that any Klansmen switched parties. Although that's what Democrats always say.

Almost all schools take federal money, you just want to punish ones that don't agree with you, and that isn't constitutional.

The thread premise is a lie.

This is yet another example of rightwing ignorance, hate, and bigotry against transgender Americans.

The judge’s ruling is correct and consistent with the Constitution.

I keep hearing that, yet there is absolutely no evidence to support that claim. Do you have some evidence to support that claim? Liberals saying a thing, doesn't make it true, in makes it suspect at best.
History informs, you should read it.
