Obama Met With Ferguson Protesters – What He Told Them is Truly Disturbing

"Obama Met With Ferguson Protesters – What He Told Them is Truly Disturbing"

No, what's truly disturbing is the propensity of you and most others on the right to lie.

Let's get this right. I'm on Gateway Pundit. Hoft did not misquote or cut off Sharpton's last sentence.

Here's the NYT article.

Some of the national leaders met with President Obama on Nov. 5 for a gathering that included a conversation about Ferguson.

According to the Rev. Al Sharpton, who has appeared frequently in St. Louis with the Brown family and delivered a speech at Mr. Brown’s funeral, Mr. Obama “was concerned about Ferguson staying on course in terms of pursuing what it was that he knew we were advocating. He said he hopes that we’re doing all we can to keep peace.”

Obama Secretly Met With Ferguson Protesters 8211 What He Told Them is Truly Disturbing Top Right News

Edited out last line, scary pictures of black people, Obama looking mean, exhortations to God to protect us, an excellent example of dishonest fearmongering.

We're going around each other like side hill gophers. I've been hammering Plas's contention that Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit left off the one sentence that keeps the Sharpton quote intact.

Ask yourself why the fearmonger who wrote the shitpiece quoted by OP would leave out the last line.

Is anyone really scared of what will happen?

I mean it seems like everybody has had warning. If I was unfortunate to live near Ferguson ... I would be cruising the Bahamas for the next two weeks

.
No one was concerned about how scared and upset the community was with it's police force even before the Brown shooting, it's why they felt compelled to mass protest. When no one is listening it is necessary to speak louder and louder until the powers that be finally take notice. Ignoring the people has often had a high price.

No matter if this story is true or not this is a time that Obama can shine. He can use his power to do good and maybe, just maybe stop the riots. But he isn't trying as far as I can see and i understand why. There is no stopping the riots. Regardless of how he feels he has to know that there are certain elements of society that will not let a crisis go to waste. I wonder where he learned that. Any way if he tries it will end in failure and just be one more black mark on his legacy. If he does nothing the the onus will be put on the police which is after all what I think he wants.

If Obama had hoodlum sons they would look like those in Ferguson.

Obama is doing just what he should, supporting the right of every American to peaceably protest while condemning the violence and lawlessness that often accompany angry mass protests and supporting the duty of police to keep the peace. He is not lumping everyone in Ferguson into one SCARY thing and neither should you.

yeah this didnt happen. this comes the gate way pundit from a guy named holt who most actual conservatives wont touch with a ten foot pole. Its 2nd hand off of Al sharptons 2nd hand.

Its just crap..and you dumbasses eat this shit up
I was going to ask you to explain this message because I didn't understand it. Who is Holt and what is this about Sharptons second hand? Can you explain without the name calling?
this story in the OP is from the website gatewaypundit by a guy named holt. Least i think thats his name. I'd go look at the thread but im on a 2 day timeout there.
Basically the context of what obama said was that he is concerned the people won't be peaceful. Holt cut off the last part in order to make it look like Obama wants riots. Its lazy and lazy people eat this shit up.

He didn't cut off jack shit Plas.

Here's what he quoted from the NYT's article.

In full. In context. Nothing cut off.

The New York Times hid this in the 21st paragraph of their report:

But leaders here say that is the nature of a movement that has taken place, in part, on social media and that does not match an earlier-era protest structure where a single, outspoken leader might have led the way. “This is not your momma’s civil rights movement,” said Ashley Yates, a leader of Millennial Activists United. “This is a movement where you have several difference voices, different people. The person in charge is really — the people. But the message from everyone is the same: Stop killing us.”

At times, there has been a split between national civil rights leaders and the younger leaders on the ground here, who see their efforts as more immediate, less passive than an older generation’s. But some here said relations have improved in recent weeks.

Unbelievable

Well yes he did...Notice the last sentence in the bold
According to the Rev. Al Sharpton, who has appeared frequently in St. Louis with the Brown family and delivered a speech at Mr. Brown’s funeral, Mr. Obama “was concerned about Ferguson staying on course in terms of pursuing what it was that he knew we were advocating. He said he hopes that we’re doing all we can to keep peace

See the underlined Part? that was left out in order to paint the picture that obama wants riots and is pushing this racial divide. Why? because people like you eat this shit up. Look at the title he used. Stay the course. The course played by the media is that people are about to riot.

So fuck you for being that stupid

again see the title he used.. He could have said. " obama concerned for protesters, advocates peace, but he didnt did he? No he didnt. He played it off as if Obama is some sort of race pusher and wants violence. Because you people already believe that

Gotta keep fanning those flames to keep the race war going. Wouldn't want people to calm down. We already know that professional rioters, er protestors, arrived in Ferguson. They don't give a damn about facts. They want blood. Obama could be telling them to be reasonable and wait for the results of the investigation before judging. He should be asking them to have faith in our system and the people who have thoroughly investigated the case. Of course, he and the media should have delivered that message from the start but they chose to help push lies instead. Now the criminal rioters have so much time invested in committing acts of violence and spewing racial hatred that they won't back down now. It's no longer about facts or a valid reason to riot. It's about a race war. And our lame ass leader is patting them on the back and standing with them as the rioting, destruction and assaults have continued.

The New York Times did their best to hide this meeting in the 21st paragraph of their report:

Ofuckingbama is a community organizer and agitator first and foremost. It's something he excels at, being a presidential leader isn't. Impeach the bastard.

Hoft has the Sharpton quote in full.

Mythical prairie dog who can't get back to his home because he keeps running around in circles.

Nothing is more scary to conservatives than pissed-off black people. Maybe they should quit doing things to piss them off.

I agree. They (Mo/thugs) should quit doing things to piss me off.

It should piss you off that the quote in the thread altered the paragraph from the NYT article it goes like this:

According to the Rev. Nothing is more scary to conservatives than pissed-off black people. Maybe they should quit doing things to piss them off.

You mean that cop should have let the guy keep attacking him?

And the rioters destroyed their own neighborhood. That is so fucking stupid and yet some act like they are so righteous for doing that.

Now, they are demanding Wilson's whereabouts, as well as his family. They are also calling for more attacks in white areas, especially cops and their children. Sick bastards. Yes, when people have no brains and are this violent and irrational, people should be scared of them.

A lot of people on both sides of this blow-up are acting retarded in some way. The original incident has been made practically meaningless at this point by heaping cold animosity on top of tragedy.
I agree that the original incident is not really relevant. It wont matter what the grand jury returns. If the officer isnt lynched and torn apart by a mob the animals in Ferguson will find someone else to fill the bill.
They've been fed a line that all their problems are due to white racism. Democrats are culpable here.

Nothing is more scary to conservatives than pissed-off black people. Maybe they should quit doing things to piss them off.
Did a Conservative do something to piss them off?
Authoritarian cops treating brown people like trash is the very epitome of conservatism.
Most cops that I know are members of unions - which lean Democratic by nature.

Um, no.

Police unions do not, as a general rule, "lean Democratic".
