Where I think your reasoning and timing fails is that if they intended to prevent the election of a candidate it would have been brought out during the election (much like how it was for Clinton). Instead it was handled with kid gloves precisely because it have been seen as unprecedented interference.

Well the FISA warrant requests for Carter Page had several hundred pages to it... and the 39 page dossier had just a couple of pages dedicated to Carter Page....

So +/- 3 pages of the 400 page FISA request could have been the dossier part, but the other 397 pages were filled with all the other evidence they used to get the FISA warrant approved....

Even if the dossier were used in the FISA request, it was not even a blink of an eye, when it comes to all that they turned over to the Judge for the request to be approved....

AND the FISA on Page was done AFTER he left the campaign....

No one knows whether or not Russia's actions altered how people percieved the candidates or voted. It is therefore not worth exploring. But we do know it sowed chaos, and underermined people's trust indemocratic institutions. We should not be partisan about it. Not with another election coming.

To what extent?.....you can't nor can Care4all tell me what the Russians did and what impact it had...can you?...no because no one has made that clear...not even Mueller....what counts is the statement made by Rosenstein and Mueller...that there were no votes changed and the Russian attempts had no effect on the election...I don't know what else I can say to make it clear that Trump won fair and square...he had no help from Russia or anyone else...So two years of investigation is not enough to convince you....that my dear is a personal problem you will have to come to terms with....
