Then he told Russia's president he would have to wait until he was re-elected to go behind Congress' back again with more "gifts" from a nutcase who says he's going to half the National Debt while multiplying it with his "ideas." Right now, if Congress doesn't give him the keys to Fort Knox twice a year, he abuses his nation by having money printed like it's going out of style to throw around as he sees fit. Whoever has the misery of trying to fix the treasury when Obama's longest lame duck era in the history of American Presidents may have a slippery slope to climb.
