Obama hasn't really "negotiated" anything.

Lecturing and insulting people, and claiming that He Won, are hardly hallmarks of effective negotiation techniques.

The last time he needed a deal he had to send Biden to get it done. Obviously no one in Congress wants to deeal with his narcissistic ass.

Never mind his party never passed a budget as long as they had power. Now the Nitwit In Chief is taking up his dictator's hat and telling them he wants it how he wants it. Someone needs to inform Mr Constitutional law Professor that the Founders put in checks and balances for a reason.

But since he won't negotiate it gives carte blanche to the House to craft a real budget, including defunding that piece of crap Obamacare.

Obama is the one who doesn't want to compromise. And then we have the locked-door meetings the Dumbos from both Houses held during the creation of Obamacare. No Republicans were allowed!
