Make no mistake, the Democrats desire the UK style healthcare system, but have to use extreme tactics to get it.
Second, Democrats have seens that buying votes and getting people are the take is much easily and more profitable to THEM, then trying to make people happy with a great economy. No better way then creating a health insurance premium subsidy program.
