It's not the Democrats who have no platform. Build the Wall!, Lock her up! and Drain the Swamp! will not get it done this time. This is why Trump is now deliberately TRYING to force Democrats to impeach him. By fighting against any form of oversight, by trying use an emergency declaration end-around for his failure to secure Wall funding from either the Republican Congress or the Democratic Congress, by this failure to make proper financial disclosures to the American people or their Representatives, by claiming to be above the law, Trump is trying to force the Democrats to begin impeachment proceedings to continue to play the "victim" in this election campaign.

Trump told reporters on the White House Lawn this morning that he had an aide sign an agreement to pay the North Koreans $2 million to get Otto Warmbier back, but he never paid the money and he never had an intention of paying the money. Is this what you what people you are negotiating trade deals and treaties with to hear? The President of the United States lie to your face and he will make promises he has no intention of ever keeping, to get you to give him what he wants.
It worked with the mid-western farmers and production workers going into the last election. I don't think they'll make the same mistakes twice.
The working people who voted for Trump last time and got the policies of George W. Bush all over again - with bigger deficits and no reserve funds left, and who are still watching manufacturing plants close, and no new jobs on the horizon to replace them, no retraining being offered to displaced workers, no efforts being made to move into the new green economy, and efforts to revive coal and steel manufacturing turning into an expensive and protracted boondoogle which has cost far more jobs than it has saved.
The economic future of America was not written with 1950's policies, 1950's racism, and 1950's misogyny. Trump is already beating the war drums on Venezuela and Iran. Don't go back to being that country.
