Official Thread - The Mueller Report is Announced... USE THIS thread til at least end of Saturday.

Also, Mueller's charges against the Russians and the other foreign individuals being indicted were not because he thought they would ever be tried inside a U.S. Court, but their indictments were Mueller's way of telling the public he had indeed found Russian interference, and to help build a case for others. If he indicted Americans without ANY indictments of foreign actors, the defense could use that in the trial. How could a U.S. citizens conspire with a foreign entity if the prosecution never indicted a foreign entity for a crime?
Horseshit.....Wanna buy a bridge?

What do you think he indicted them for then? Jaywalking?
He indicted them because he had to have some RUSSIANS! to try and prop up his giant nothingburger,.

Funny thing is that some of them showed up for their court date, and he and his clown car of "investigators" couldn't backpedal fast enough.

He indicted them because the Dutch hacked their computers and used the camera on the computers to see the specific people who were doing the crime.

Just woke up myself.

Checked the twitter stream.

It reminds me of the last poker scene in the movie Maverick where he won’t look at his card and everyone around the table is yelling at “Turn over your card!!!!”

Their lawyer showed up and demanded discovery. Where has the process gone so far? Answer: nowhere.

He showed up to demand the case discovery only so they could use that information for future illegal actions. They have ZERO intention of coming to the U.S. to stand trial, so why would they need the discovery? If you have any, use your common sense.

No, there's only the DA of New York. No other DA is so profoundly corrupt and dishonest.
Well that's wrong on every level possible.

No, he indicted them because they committed crimes. There is just no way to have an honest, rational discussion with a cultist like you.
I'm not talking about the deputy US attorney who is the one who indicted Manafort. He was able to do that only because the US attorney recused himself. I'm talking about the New York State AG who says she's going to persecute Trump for every crime she can dream up.

What difference do their intentions make? Mueller's intentions were far more nefarious. He obviously had no intention of prosecuting the case.

brothers and sisters: Trump's genius or evil genius was that he made business with Russian mafia a central part of his Trump business. they dont call it Little Moscow for nothing, the signs are in Russian, and Trump had 3 buildings there!

Wanted in Russia, he partied at Mar-a-Lago — and invested in cheap South Florida homes
He sold property to Russians? That is so criminal!

You are a fucking dumbass.

We're talking convictions, not indictments. The later doesn't mean jack shit when you can never try the people indicted.

You can't convict without the indictment. So you think Mueller indicted the foreign actors for interfering in the election so that he can later on convict them of Jaywalking? Better?
He indicted them so he could pretend his witch hunt had something to do with Russian collusion. Everyone with two brain cells to rub together knows that was a farce.

Yes, he needs to pretend.

The guy that even Donald Trump's lawyer said was an honorable, stand up man and 'American Hero. " ;)

He also said he doesn't think it is a witch hunt...

"Robert Mueller is an “American hero” who is deliberative and justice-oriented, said Ty Cobb, a former White House lawyer who previously represented President Donald Trump on the special counsel’s probe into Russian election meddling.

Cobb said he doesn’t see Mueller’s investigation as a “witch hunt,” disputing a claim his former boss has repeatedly lodged.

“I don’t feel the same way about Mueller,” Cobb said in an interview for the latest episode of ABC News’s podcast “The Investigation.” “I don’t feel the investigation is a witch hunt.”"

Bloomberg - Are you a robot?

I guess you'd know better right? Sitting at home in Wisconsin making lunatic GoFund Me accounts to try and remove politicians from office... :abgg2q.jpg:
There's a reason Cobb is Trump's former lawyer. Mueller is a piece of shit, as are all those who defend him.

What? Intentions are extremely important. Why the hell do you think intentions is one of two parts of how to convict a criminal?

Mens Rea and Actus Reus.

Mens Rea is why Comey didn't indict Hillary.

I get that you have good days and bad days at your age, but this is especially bad, huh?
Every day I wake up sound and healthy is a good day Being a republican all my life up till GWB 2000 I enjoy reading all the posts which show me I made the right choice in switching to Dems
I don't know about your health, but sound of mind ... nah, no one is buying that.
LOL I handle 5 stock accounts and a RE business I'm as sharp as a tack even if I have to say so myself AND I know BS when I see it and Trump is 99% BS
Mueller is done Trumps legal woes are just beginning

Indeed, Trump is to be made an example of so that no other after him would dare do as he did.

They must destroy him anyway they can
Dims have always tried to criminalize any opposition to their agenda. The Russia "Collusion" witch hunt just gave them the best excuse they've had in decades.

Yes there is a reason why Cobb is Trump's former lawyer. He was irritated that he was trying to defend a man that can't tell the truth, and he didn't want to go down with the sinking ship.

Yes, Mueller's intentions are important. They are totally nefarious. These indictments were a farce executed for spin purposes only.

He was in the Mueller camp, which means he refused to properly defend his client.

Not everything that is WRONG, is criminal....

i.e.
It's wrong to cheat on your husband or wife...but it is not criminal....

It's wrong to play footsie with a brutal and savage murderer, but it is not criminal...

You and your ilk think it is a crime to yell, "hey Russia Wikileaks release the missing 33K emails" at a campaign crowd.

Forgive me if I don't ask you to declare what a crime actually is.
A crime is something you can be indicted for, with the prosecutors near certainty they can get a conviction by a jury of your peers.

Hillary Clinton was not charged with a crime, but you can bet your booty, you felt and knew it was wrong....

And yes, it was very very very wrong for Candidate Trump to encourage the Russians to find Clinton's emails and give them to the press and telling the Russians that they would be rewarded for it, when he had already been briefed about the Russians interfering in our democratic election process....

It reeked of Trump's allegiance to our enemy, over and above the USA.

Link for proof? So what's your excuse for Don McGhan to quit?

Au contraire my fine old fool. Mueller filed over 100 charges, and elicited 7 guilty please from Trump's closest associates, and collected $40 million dollars in fines. It exposed how Russian hackers were able to gain access to social media, and fake American identities to mess with the elections. The success is in the faiure of the Russians to effectively meddle in the 2018 mid-terms, despite their best efforts to do so.
Any idiot with a VPN can "gain access to social media and fake American identities". There's nothing criminal there, and nothing to suggest Trump had anything to do with Russian activities in this venue. If you had even a tiny bit of computer savvy you'd know this.

Mueller's investigation was very limited in its purpose and its scope, and Rosenstein kept those handcuffs security on. The House Oversight Committee, House Judiciary Committee, and House Intelligence Committees are under no such restraints. Republicans promised the American people they would use the checks and balances built into the system to control Trump's worst impulses. When that didn't happen, Americans elected a strong Democratic House to do it.
Mueller's scope was not limited. Republicans promised the American people to uphold the Constitution, not to "control Trump's worst impulses". Where do you get these fantasies? Is this level of TDS painful for you?

Those roles will continue. And Trump has been very effectively neutered by Nancy Pelosi and the Dems to this point. Expect that to continue.
It's common knowledge that Pelosi has lost all control and is ruled by the Socialists who have taken over her Party. "Neutered" Trump? That's hilarious - you can't even control your own Party!!!

I don't remember Trump attacking Mueller personally. As for the things random anonymous people say online, who cares? Besides, from what I've seen, the majority of conservatives were skeptical of the collusion conspiracy theory from the get go no matter who was put in charge of the investigation. I don't think many people doubted Mueller's ability or his dedication to carry out the task he was assigned. He failed though. Sure, Mueller got people for tax crimes or whatever but not one charge related to collusion. Not one. So that's that, game over.
Whatever the report reveals won't change the fact that Trump is the biggest slimeball elected to public office in this Country in the past 100 years. He's a disgrace & any sane person knows that. He's morally bankrupt, corrupt & the biggest liar to ever sit in the Oval Office.

Trump is not hard to see thru. Trump is the most vapid s.o.b. in history.

It won’t change the fact that left wing nuts are going to cry, whine and throw temper tantrums because they didn’t get their way and will continue to be petty until Trump leaves office.

Sorry but your claim to any superior morality is a flat out lie.

Hillary was not indicted only because Lynch refused to indict her. She even told Comey she wasn't going to be indicted.

That's called "obstruction of justice."

I love how the triggered Dems are pretending Trump doesn't want Mueller's report released. Another shining example of Terminal TDS.

Face it, Dems - your Party is now officially dead. You're just a bunch of fools spinning in circles and screaming at the sky.
