This is all coming together for Trump. All the news site are reporting this morning (before this breaking development) that Trump had cut her 6 point lead in half this week to 3 points. I would think this breaking news will do even more to erase her lead.

This is the most insane election in U.S. history. Two completely unqualified candidates - one breaking all of the rules of politics, the other breaking the law.

Could be several things ... anything from the recovery of the 33,000 deleted emails, to someone else's emails, to previously undiscovered emails, to wikileaks.

No one outside of the FBI knows at this moment.

Whatever it is it is extremely damning to Hillary for him to reopen the case at this stage.

Obama needs to fire Comey effective Nov. 9th then. We can't have the FBI utilizing Russian propaganda to influence an election. Regardless of party.

Now if the FBI can legally authenticate something from Wikileaks via a US govt employee ... have at it.

The FBI looking at them is fine, legally, because the FBI didn't participate in illegally obtaining them. However, as actual evidence they are worthless unless someone in camp Hillary says "yes that is an accurate copy of an email that I sent/received." For evidence, any document has to have a provenance.

Now if someone is willing to testify one of the wikileak documents is accurate ....

Yes. Again if the FBI can verify the accuracy from a legal source that's all fine. IF Comey is opening an investigation 10 days before an election based on an illegal Russian hacking, he needs to be fired.

It reminds me of the governors race in Maryland between an Ellen Saurbray and Paris Glendening. There was ample proof that the democrats (Glendening) had cheated the system and reported the actual numbers wrong. The election had supposedly gone to Saurbray. and investigation was started into it, but it had not been completed by the time Glendening was sworn into office, he immediately ordered the investigation closed and mandated that it never be opened again.
