I watched the video and cant see a damn thing, please be specific and explain how it proves he didn't have a firearm. Just because she is saying he doesn't have one doesn't prove anything. And on the video you can not see anything.

There is plenty of stable footage showing the space between his feet and the curb where a supposed gun was shown in an earlier released photo. It doesn't mean there wasn't one but it's odd that it appeared sometime later and the police just left it there unsecured.

The first thing I noticed yesterday is that what appears to be grip is just too thick to be a gun.

The plain clothes cop in red picks it up and then tosses it down. He would not have treated any gun that way.
