One day the economy will get much worse and only socialism will save it

Okay, well, thanks. That's about as deep as it usually gets here.

Great, thanks. Much better than your initial, shallow, talk radio response.

Now, as it pertains to actions within the economy specifically, what do you think the OP is suggesting?

Complete government takeover of our means of production and distribution, for example?
.

How will republican policy address automation replacing human jobs?

How will republican policy address wages becoming more and more behind on the rising cost of living nationwide?

How will republican policy address rising drug prices and high deductible health insurance plans?

How will republican policy mitigate problems like drought and other natural disasters that are only getting worse because of climate change?

How will republican policy fix our crumbling infrastructure?

Only socialist policy can improve all of these things.
Lol
Socialism destroys everything it touches... fuck face
So our defense budget destroys us? How about social security?
The soul reason for the country’s debt... socialist entitlement programs

What is socialism and is France considered a socialist state?
France is not a socialist State.

France has a free market combined with a relatively strong welfare State. Traditionally, the State did have alot of influence over the economy in certain sectors such as electricity, postal services, transportation (the railways and Air France in the past), telecommunications, etc.

Since the 1990s, this has changed considerably. The State has privatized many of these companies.

France does still have a Socialist party. But the name is misleading because in reality its mostly a social democratic party in favor of free market. The genuine socialists have either left the Socialist party to gather around Jean-Luc Mélenchon or they’ve remained but are a minority within the party (Martine Aubry, Arnaud Montebourg).

Is that why Venezuela and Cuba have the best economies of the world? Is that why there is no poverty in those countries? How has it improved those two countries? I won't hold my breath for an answer, trolls rarely answer.

Billy is promoting socialistic policies in a capitalistic democracy, more or less what you see in many European countries. Essentially he's a Bernie Sanders disciple.

To be fair, Billy doesn't know the definition, either. He thinks it's literally anything government-related and that all governments ever have been Socialist.

Here’s what you aren’t getting about the basic definition of socialism: it’s any institution funded and owned by the people. Therefore, EVERY government is socialist.

Sooo, you don't even know what socialism is, do you? Every gov't is socialist? Really? Let's drill down a little bit, which particular type of socialism do you advocate for, that you say is going to fix all those problems you listed in the OP? And where in the world does it exist?
Socialism could mean a system with programs funded by the people but entirely owned by the government, or in a social democratic system, the people fund it, but the programs are designed to provide basic services to the people such as healthcare and education. Every nation therefore has some extent of socialism including the US.

Paying for things you don’t own is called rental...

... or divorce.
B*******. Why are we the only modern country without Healthcare daycare living wage good infrastructure good vacations paid parental leave, super super GOP dupe.
/——-/ Great news libtard, we have healthcare. I know because I went to the doctor on Friday and he gave me an Rx. I feel better already. And we have daycare because my grandkids go all year long. And my wife and I have a living wage because we went to college, got skills and found well paying jobs. The infrastructure is just fine. All kinds of improvements to the Long Island Expressway, Belt Parkway And LIRR underway now. We have a great vacation planned to the Bahamas in August and a week to Vegas in two weeks. My daughter had paid leave when she gave birth. Now that you have everything you were asking for can you please stop whining and pursue the American Dream, super duper Libtard?
You have no idea what you are talking about our infrastructure is a joke compared to other modern countries, the rich are ridiculously bloated while the rest are going to hell on average... Keep watching Fox oh, it's amazing how our terrible Obama economy turned around immediately LOL, stupid fool. Glad you're doing well and enjoy hell.

Demise of the American Middle Class In Numbers.

Over the past 35 years the American dream has gradually disappeared. The process was slow, so most people didn’t notice. They just worked a few more hours, borrowed a little more and cut back on non-essentials. But looking at the numbers and comparing them over long time periods, it is obvious that things have changed drastically. Here are the details:

1. WORKERS PRODUCE MORE BUT THE GAINS GO TO BUSINESS.

Over the past 63 years worker productivity has grown by 2.0% per year.

But after 1980, workers received a smaller share every year. Labor’s share of income (1992 = 100%):

1950 = 101%
1960 = 105%
1970 = 105%
1980 = 105% – Reagan
1990 = 100%
2000 = 96%
2007 = 92%

A 13% drop since 1980

2. THE TOP 10% GET A LARGER SHARE.

Share of National Income going to Top 10%:

1950 = 35%
1960 = 34%
1970 = 34%
1980 = 34% – Reagan
1990 = 40%
2000 = 47%
2007 = 50%

An increase of 16% since Reagan.

3. WORKERS COMPENSATED FOR THE LOSS OF INCOME BY SPENDING THEIR SAVINGS.

The savings Rose up to Reagan and fell during and after.

1950 = 6.0%
1960 = 7.0%
1970 = 8.5%
1980 = 10.0% – Reagan
1982 = 11.2% – Peak
1990 = 7.0%
2000 = 2.0%
2006 = -1.1% (Negative = withdrawing from savings)

A 12.3% drop after Reagan.

4. WORKERS ALSO BORROWED TO MAKE UP FOR THE LOSS.

Household Debt as percentage of GDP:

1965 = 46%
1970 = 45%
1980 = 50% – Reagan
1990 = 61%
2000 = 69%
2007 = 95%

A 45% increase after 1980.

5. SO THE GAP BETWEEN THE RICHEST AND THE POOREST HAS GROWN.

Gap Between the Share of Capital Income earned by the top 1%
and the bottom 80%:

1980 = 10%
2003 = 56%

A 5.6 times increase.

6. AND THE AMERICAN DREAM IS GONE.

The Probably of Moving Up from the Bottom 40% to the Top 40%:

1945 = 12%
1958 = 6%
1990 = 3%
2000 = 2%

A 10% Decrease.

3. Don’t know, but Bammer never addressed that either. All he did was make it harder for people to get the drugs they need, and to see a Dr. which Bammercare also made more expencive.
