The Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear a case challenging an Oregon school’s policy of allowing transgender students to use the bathroom that matches their gender identity.

The ruling advances a legal understanding of gender and privacy that’s more expansive and inclusive of trans people, and runs counter to liberal concerns that the conservative Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s recent appointment to the high court would swing it far to the right.

The American Civil Liberties Union, which intervened in the case, celebrated the decision.

A win for common decency and a loss for the forces of regression and hate.

They got their day in court. Their day in court was in the District Court that followed all Constitutional Law and there was nothing for the SCOTUS to rule on.

Cant wait for the day some dickhead like Tommy goes into a girls bathroom and gets blown away. My daughter is CC, and wont hesitate to put the mentally ill person down...

When I was a kid in school, we were expected to accept the sexual identity Almighty God gave us, and not pursue sex changes.

Sure, we knew that there were Homos out there and we were encouraged to beware of them.

But that was something ADULTS sometimes did. Not kids.

"Christine" Jorgensen was America's favorite LGBTQ back in the day. But he waited until after he served in WW2 and saw life before he had his weiner chopped off.

To have little kids in school make this decision is sort of stupid.

You have my sympathies Tommy. Now you'll have to stick with using the Mens Room.
