It wasn't an insurrection according to Nancy Pelosi's daughter.

there is never before released video of Nancy Pelosi’s daughter admitting to a January 6 defendant that the insurrection narrative was nonsense and that Washington DC is too biased to hold fair trials for Trump supporters.

Nancy Pelosi "We have got to finish proceedings or else they will have a complete victory"

Well unless she is a politician or someone in power or has direct bearing on the case her opinion means as much as a kid at McDonald's running the fry machine. A lot of people don't think it was an insurrection but their opinion means as little as hers, the opinions that count are people who are in a position to do something.

So what was it?
It was people protesting for Pence to use due process to not approve the electoral college results without a debate of the validity of the results. Yes, these people hoped that this would somehow result in the election being overturned, but in a legal way. The protest got out of hand for many people and developed into a riot that included crimes of assault and perhaps trespassing. Yes, there was some violence. That said, it wasn't an action to overthrow the government by force, at least not by the vast majority of the people involved.

Many people that wandered into the capitol building had doors opened for them by police. Many did not.

Mostly Peaceful Protest
No..it wasn't. A peaceful protest would have been like the demonstrations against Kavanaugh's nomination. Not broken windows, destroyed and stolen property, feces smeared on walls, actively shouting for politicians (including the VP) to be found, police attacked with homemade weapons, zip ties...and..well..dead people.

Once again the most important thing is still being ignored.
WHERE WERE THE CAPITOL POLICE?????????
There are 2300 Capitol police whose ONLY job is to secure and protect building in Washington.
THERE WERE LESS CAPITOL POLICE ON DUTY THAT DAY _ THEN A DAY CONGRESS IS NOT EVEN IS SESSION!!!! --- Someone is responsible for that? Who?
I refuse to believe that is a coincidence.
Congress was in session... on a day THREE law enforcement agencies provided credible evidence there might be trouble several days in advance. And the response was LESS SECURITY THAN NORMAL????????
I refuse to believe that was just a failure of someone.
There is no question that was done on purpise.
Who made that call???????????????/

Hahaha, do you really think this means anything?!?! Pelosi trying to court a trump supporter into an interview by acting like she relates with his viewpoints??? Haha, you really are slow aren’t you?

Thanks for confirming Trump instigated that..

You mean like Chaz/Chop (The Summer of Love), Portland Antifa riots for 100 days or any BLM protest in a large liberal city?

Pelosi and the DC mayor told them to stand down. This was the Dem's Reichstag

Well, you can take it up with the mayor of Portland if it bothers you that much. However, that "protest" (like the BLM protests) was not rooted in the effort to overturn the results of a free and fair election. An attempt at a coup..which was on the House of Representative, the seat of democracy in our country. Not in Portland, OR...3000 miles away. :)

That protest doesn't qualify as an insurrection. There was a deliberate attempt that day to seize power by thwarting the will of the people. To stop the peaceful transition of power...just because the incompetent meatball lost.

They attacked a federal courthouse in Portland blinding several officers with laser pointers.

And yes all those, especially Chaz/Chop, was to destroy this country. Hell Chaz was separatist and they said so
