Are you saying hearsay isn’t something someone heard?No... You can testify what was said but that doesn't mean you are saying it happened but it it raises a question in the US public, what happened in that car for Epps to say that to Cassidy...
Epps could walk in and said he made it all up... I say the the next question would be, do you think a Secret Service Agent should be telling bullshit stories about the President (his career is over)...
The thin is Mark Meadows was there as well and if Epps says Cassidy is lying then he would have to trust that Meadows would perjure himself too..
So Epps is best off tell the actual truth, he will also have to say if anyone gets in contact with him about his testimony..
Also Epps will have to testify to what actually went on in the car as well and again trust that no one differs from the story...
Guess what, first thing every one will be asked to give a deposition independently..
