Should stay out of politics.

Agreed. While the latest female singing sensation has endorsed two old white Democrat men I can't help but laugh at her. Publicly putting that shit out there is just beyond stupid. She just likely lost 20 or 30% of her sales because of this stupid shit.

It would be the same as me giving a political speech with every remodeling estimate I do.

These celebrities think they are so important that they can weather the backlash. TERRIBLE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

I'd put it higher because she screwed herself backing Phil. I lived in Tennessee in Phil days. Good man. Old timey D who worked for all the people of the city and the state. BTW he said straight out he would have voted to put in Kavanaugh.

So the poor fool deciding to enter politics at this time just fucked herself over from BOTH sides.

I'll tell you having been in promo and management all hell would be breaking loose if one of my groups or artists decided to make a political statement.

Well then there was the Forgotten Rebels but I knew what I had on my plate at the time.

:lmao:

Bomb the boats and feed the fish WAS a hit at the time.....sigh.... I fucking loved these guys.

I always have to chuckle at celebrities who think they have the right to tell me what to believe. Especially since most celebrities (artists, musicians, actors, actresses, etc.) are in real life dysfunctional lowlives who couldn't hold a real job, much less show up for the interview.

Johnny was a Republican.
Doesn't really matter. The man is dead so just enjoy the tunes he left behind

Then why did he say so much about the poor, the prisoners, the left behind? Johnny cash showed compassion and forgiveness. Those don't sound like republican ideals.

But it does matter. See how that crazy right winger is trying to ignore his compassion for the poor and left behind, and prisoners, and paint him as just another hateful RWNJ?

I seem to remember a certain birther reality TV host that turned his mindless ramblings into a Presidency

What I love is when one of these Hollywood types who often don't even have a high school diploma are asked to testify before Congress.

Funny stuff.

Oh I love him to death. I just won't let liberals claim him. His work with the prison system needs to be recognized. And yes as he did prison reform as a R. This work must continue.

AND driving to Florida in the 60's with my mom and dad and my Baba I had no idea what I was singing along to, but that man in black had the sweetest voice for me. There was something so real about him.

Funniest thing. For all the rockers including Alice Cooper, we all loved him. Authenticity. He was real.

Few would not appreciate Johnny Cash, but he wasn't a hateful RWNJ. He never said anything to lead anyone to believe he would have anything but disgust for our orange fool and his goals.

What makes you think people who lean to the right have no compassion?

Well thats just your bullshit isn't it now? I started out as a major liberal until I began to realize how many liars we had on our side of the aisle. Big feminista too from the early days.

Switched to the conservative aisle and I'm actually over all the years getting shit accomplished. Liberals complain about shit. Conservatives accomplish.

Today's right wing has no compassion. You're the first to mention leaning in any direction.
