Yes, we are all born in Adam. Therefore, we need a Savior to redeem us. That Savior is Jesus Christ.

My question concerns the part that states, "we are all born in Adam".

Adam is considered not only the first man, but the first man to sin. Eve may have been the first person to sin, but she was created from Adam's rib, thus a part of Adam, so either way you look at it, Adam was the first to sin.

Everyone comes from Adam, because everyone is born of a man's seed, with One major exception. Jesus was born of a virgin, He was not from a man's seed, but from God's own seed. Thus, Jesus was born as a man without sin.
