I said no such thing and all you are doing is proving your own inability to read for comprehension. Some of them are likely duds, some of them are likely gushers. The oil companies won't know until they invest time and money on exploration. Given the current anti-domestic fossil fuel stance of the current administration, it is quite logical that many in the oil industry are putting their efforts on pause as they do not wish to expend a great deal of money only to be ordered by a drooling vegetable to stop production and/or distribution.

Have you looked at oil companies net profits from 2021? Exxon Mobil made 24 billion. You apologizing for them is hilarious.
