Perhaps your news source conveniently forgot to tell you that he blanket declassified everything it's even in one of his memo or messages thus dated when he did this. And people have come forward and already admitted they boxed up stuff without knowledge of what was in them, typical moving mishap hopefully unintended by whoever packed it up or sent it for storage, which the former President had permission and typical rights of archive to do.
Once again, my info is from experts, and first hand knowledge from family and friends who have worked in DC, not info from fired agents like Peter Sztrok or McCabe which the fact they are on fake news tells you all you need to know,
Fact fake news hires these compromised ex politicians and corrupted former investigative branch members because being compromised makes them puppets of the propaganda machine who has something on all of them and can use it anytime they want to close them down, just ask fellow Dems who didn't tow the line, what happened to them?
