The founding fathers didn't screw up a bit. We are not it's subjects, to be subjected to the federal government's whim in the federal government's interests. That is why we have states rights and the doctrine of separation authority not granted to the Federal Government residing in the states and authority not residing the the states held by the people. This is not a totalitarian society. God Bless the Constitution of the United States of America.This is one place the founding fathers screwed up.
