In a society based on voluntary relationships, I would be more concerned about the 12 year old that considers a grown ass man as a sex partner. If someone is being taken advantage of physically, then I consider that rape.

I doubt there are many twelve year old kids in puberty though , but then again what constitutes the beginning of puberty is up for interpretation. It seems just basic growth and vocal changes are considered puberty now, but I believe that definition is far too liberal.

Basically it comes down to there being young adults 13-17 which are well developed and just as mentally capable as anyone else.

In my opinion, violent force should only be used in defense of yourself or others.

depends on whether or not the killer killed someone that needed to be killed or just assumed they needed to be killed.
A child molester or a rapist needs to be killed, and the killer that killed that person that needed to be killed in that situation, should be awarded for his/her contributions to society.

You do realize that you are a sick sick individual don't you?
I ask because I work with the mentally ill, I see them every day. I'm at work right now making sure they stay asleep.
Please don't take this wrong because there is no shame in it. Seek help, see someone, a psychiatrist could be of help. It might be as simple as a non invasive medication that could help you.
