Why is the idea that a young woman is killed by someone whose citizenship/immigrant status is more important than the idea that a young woman has been killed by anyone? Let's keep track of all the girls/women who disappear or whose bodies are found each year. Killed by American citizens, immigrants, "illegals," whomever. Her family had a lot to do with that. They and their friends were flooding social media and people were constantly spreading the word. We had just as much coverage for a young boy who was missing. In areas like this, there aren't as many crimes as places like Chicago so all cases remain in the news, especially when there are any updates or continue pleas for information.

We do have our share of liberals here and some in the media refrain from too much coverage of any gang related incidents or black on black crime. That has been the rule for some time now. Many times, the race of a wanted suspect isn't even mentioned, which is stupid because people can't help if they don't know what a suspect looks like.

No one is more important to find. The national media is also more liberal so ask yourself why they picked up on the Mollie Tibbits case.

Of course, now the the murderer is an illegal alien, the leftist media will be reticent to talk about that.
