Pretty tough one to answer. I think it may be a draw.

Interesting comparison. I'd have to go with Vance, I like how he has a consistency in his speaking. Cruz does a lot of dramatic pausing and other stuff that can be annoying over time.

Cruz spoke like a preacher when he ran for president. So it seems Cruz, although a great man, thinks he must speak a particular way to reach people. A way that is not being his natural self.
