This is largely a ploy by Blackrock to sell EVs at an exorbitant price and make a mint off the stock.
Blackrock securities firm (hedge fund) bought all existing rail freight companies between Mexico and Canada and then joined them into one company.
Now they have been controlling the ports by not running trains loaded with cargo. They just let it all back up. Tractor Trailer rigs can't haul it all. We don't have the trucks nor can we afford to do so.
A LOT of refined petroleum products get shipped by pipeline...but a lot also gets shipped by rail. Same with coal for coal fired electrical generators.
So....do you think Blackrock is going to be questioned about any of this?

OSHA is in every state. But they are the Fed Govt. The Constitution limits what the Fed Govt can do. Jacobson vs MA. upheld the right of a state to be able to mandate vaccines, not the Fed Govt. There is no legal precedent for what Biden is trying to do via OSHA
