Biden repeated this mantra at many different locations, at the state of the union, at the "Summit for democracy", at a prime time speech in the white house, at an event with President Xi, and in various interviews. while i agree with what he said, i wonder if his message is resonating, if Americans grasp the importance of it, if they even remember what he said at all, given all the distractions
