President Trump floating radical trade changes!

The problem is that it won't work. It will drive prices that consumers pay up. Also other industries will suffer when the inevitable retaliation occurs. It will also create new jobs and could lead to fewer jobs.
 
So either Trump thinks America should renege on official international trade agreements, or that with his standing in the world he can renegotiate deals, or both.
