The current National Defense Appropriations Act (NDAA) was signed by the Ass-in-Chief last December. There were NO FUNDS appropriated in that NDAA for the military to have a damn thing to do with the "Trump's Folly Wall" he was supposed to get Mexico to pay for. If he were to try and use ANY Treasury funding for the US military to construct a portion of that wall, he would be violating the law and his Oath of office yet again for misappropriation of Treasury funds...can we say impeachable offense?

31 USC § 1301 covers the exceptions for reappropriation of appropriated Treasury funds which include ONLY;

"(c) An appropriation in a regular, annual appropriation law may be construed to be permanent or available continuously only if the appropriation—

(1) is for rivers and harbors, lighthouses, public buildings, or the pay of the Navy and Marine Corps; or
(2) expressly provides that it is available after the fiscal year covered by the law in which it appears.

(d) A law may be construed to make an appropriation out of the Treasury or to authorize making a contract for the payment of money in
excess of an appropriation only if the law specifically states that an appropriation is made or that such a contract may be made."

I'd like to hear from the troops.
I'm guessing they didnt sign up to do menial construction labor, nor are they trained to do so.
What this means for us is that we are paying for it, not the Mexicans.
