It was never completed nor was the rest of the security improvements and expansion of the BP necessary to make it all work as intended.

But Trump's wall DIDN'T STOP ANYBODY. IT'S STILL NOT A WALL. THAT WAS THE POINT. IT WOULD NEVER BE COMPLETE. AND EVEN THEN .... there are other ways to get in.

What ended all immigration was just tossing every one back over the border. What Biden is proposing is stopping that. And I agree Biden's policy makes no sense.

But increasing legal immigration when we don' thave enough workers for employers is a good move.
