A sitting president can't be indicted.

Actually,he can. That's not a law. It's just a DOJ guideline. And since Mueller has more class and respect for tradition in his morning shit than trump has in his whole family, he will observe this guideline and tradition.

So, instead, they will indict trump under seal in the regional federal offices, then unseal the indictments the day Pussyboy leaves office.

Remember, it was Hairy Reid who ditched the 60 votes required for a judge or Cabinet post and now you have our guys sailing through.
