Wisconsin Teen Charged With Buying Rifle For Kyle Rittenhouse

Dominick David Black bought the AR-style rifle allegedly used to kill two people during Kenosha protests because Rittenhouse wasn't old enough, authorities said.
A 19-year-old Wisconsin man was charged with felony weapons offenses for allegedly purchasing the AR-style rifle that 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse is accused of using to kill two people during protests in Kenosha over the summer.
Dominick David Black was charged last week with two counts of intentionally giving a dangerous weapon to a minor causing death, according to court records released following a court hearing on Monday. He faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted on both counts.

At this point, there remains no valid basis for that charge.

It rests on Mr. David being, in effect, an accessory to crimes allegedly committed by Mr. Rittenhouse with the rifle supplied by Mr. David.

Now that it is established a a legal fact that Mr. Rittenhouse did not commit any crimes with that rifle, there is no crime for Mr. David to be considered an accessory to.

Now that Mr. Rittenhouse is acquitted, to continue with the prosecution of Mr. David would be an act of barratry, for which any responsible attorney should, at the very least, be serious risk of being disbarred, if not criminally prosecuted.

…the protesters went home by dark.

Do you seriously believe that any sane person will believe this lie, if you repeat it enough times?

All that you are accomplishing, at this point, is to highlight what an abject pathological liar you are.

It was a lie the first time you said it, and it will be a lie the thousandth time you say it.

Say it an infinite number of times, and it will still be a lie.

I'm not sure about that, can those charges stand if Rittenhouse legally possessed the weapon. :dunno:

Kenosha, WI – A second night of riots and looting left even more Kenosha businesses destroyed on Tuesday morning despite the presence of Wisconsin National Guardsmen across the city.

Arsonists set ablaze most of the city’s black business district on Monday night, according to Reuters.

Kenosha police said rioters set fire to buildings uptown and downtown, smashed streetlights, and destroyed city equipment, including the Community Corrections Building on 60th Street, the Kenosha News reported.

Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers deployed the Wisconsin National Guard into the city on Monday to assist law enforcement with keeping the peace after the city exploded in riots following the officer-involved shooting of 29-year-old Jacob Blake by Kenosha police on Sunday.

The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office, the Pleasant Prairie police, and the Wisconsin State Police were also on hand to assist Kenosha police when the rioting kicked off again on Aug. 24, the Kenosha News reported.

in the majority of the so called facts it was a mob attacking one innocent person ... leftists rarely fight one on one ! being a coward is a very very common quality among leftist rioters .

No one was attacking anyone.
They were correctly trying to stop Kyle from intimidating people with a rifle.

Now I know you are fucking drunk and high...nothing on the video or during the prosecution of either the prosecution witnesses or the defense witnesses support anything you just posted...

Are you drunk?

Are you high?
I don't think he's drunk or high. After reading all his delusional bullshit in this thread, I just think he's stupid.

And that has what to do with the post you quoted?

.

Wrong.
The police are the guilty ones, so they are NOT innocents being harmed.
And the others being killed are being killed by the police.

None of while justifies Kyle being armed.
It is not done, and incredibly provocative and irresponsible for Kyle to have been armed.

Tissue????

.

Yet the prosecutor couldn't come up with a single news report attesting to that, go figure.

.

I've posted several news reports.. The militias and rioters didn't care about the curfew.. Just the protesters..

Funny about those black businesses being torched.

I think I need some of what you're smoking.

The protesters went home at dark because of the curfew so nobody was there except the crazies and the militias.
The protestor crazies were the ones who stayed.

ONLY if one of the exceptions was true, such as being in the military, at a range, under adult supervision, hunting with a valid license, etc.
It definitely IS illegal for Kyle to be in possession of the rifle, since he was not in the military, not at a range, not under adult supervision, not hunting with a license, etc.
that is not at all what the law states

STILL you do not GET the fact the prosecution works FOR the police?
How could you be so dense?
Haven't you noticed the prosecution was trying as hard as possible to deliberately throw this case?

That is exactly what the WI law states, that is it illegal for a minor to be in possession of a firearm, except in a few circumstances.
And the short barrel has nothing to do with it.
The subsection 3(c) clearly requires the minor to have a valid hunting license before they can use that exception.

haha you don’t know how to read the law.

read (c) this only applies to a minor if in position if a rife in violation of 941.28…

the law allows them to possess rifles and shotguns

i trust the lawyers and judge’s ability to read the law, not to mention the plan reading over your butt hurt views

So, it's ok for the "peaceful protestors" to be armed, but not anybody else?!? LOL

Only at a range, under adult supervision, if they are in the military, if they are hunting with a valid permit, etc.
Kyle fit NONE of the exceptions, so was guilty.
