I was told that Maximizing the number of people who know technology should be a priority.
Here's what stands a chance of doing it.

Somebody buys a school campus that is for sale, and opens up a program called "The Welfare House"...
That gives people an alternative to welfare...

They live there, they learn responsibility there, they learn stress and anger management there, they get a GED and develop job skills there.

The program has a bunch of different schools there...

An Accredited GED Class overseen by the local college... but the GED isn't just a GED Class... you are in school there working your way all the way up from the first grade level, all the way to the 12th grade, in a full school curriculum program, but accelerated.

On Campus it provides educational programs under the following schools.

DeVry University
Keller University

Lincoln Technical Institute
ITT Technical Institute

Blue Cliff College.

And Goodwill Industries job placement services.

And it isn't run by the Government, they need to be productive.

Its free off cost, funded by donations.

Ironic that you list for-profit diploma mills in your listing.

The goal is to get them a job making decent money, and have the skills to start their own businesses, and these schools like DeVry University, Keller University, Lincoln Technical Institute, ITT Technical Institute, and Blue Cliff College and C.R. England truck driving school are accredited.

If you want to see somebody on welfare become a brain surgeon like nothing was ever wrong in their lives, like they did what they were supposed to do, when they were supposed to do it and how they were told to do it... and graduated from high school, got a perfect SAT score and got accepted at every IVY league university...

You're never going to see that happen... their kids might have that chance, NOT them.

If you want to see their lives improved, that can be done.

If you want to see zero scarring, and ALL mistakes in their life erased and all the ramifications gone... well that can't be done.

Their schools are expensive, their credits don't transfer, and no one in business respects their graduates.

My wife works for a internet, cable, and phone provider that has all kinds of DeVry and ITT Tech graduates working there. Guess how much they get paid? The same amount as anyone else with just a high school diploma.

Another option would be to have the program administered through non profit public universities on the understanding that they are prequalified to take the courses on our campus, but their course options are more limited.

Most people who graduate from these schools can't get jobs because the new and unemployed Business Visas get them for lower wages.
