In one thread or another recently I wondered whether the application for the search warrant bothered to advise the court that the classified papers had already been allegedly declassified?

He declassified them in Jan 2020 or earlier, nitwit.

Whether they were or were not classified has no bearing on the three statutes mentioned in the warrant nor the PRA.


And oh yea...there's no evidence that they were declassified. No one has stepped forward as a witness to that act
