Not exactly true. The House didn't vote on Plan B, which was really Nancy Pelosi's plan. Plan A is still on the table. Then there's whatever plan the Senate is supposed to come up with. I don't know if the plan submitted by obama is on the table because the senate has always voted 100% against every one of his plans.
