Last year Russian diplomat Sergei Ryabkov stated that several other diplomats and members of the Russian government were in communication with the Trump campaign.

A spokesman for the Trump campaign immediately denied the charge.

Fast foward several months, and we find out about communications between several members of the Trump campaign and Sergey Kislyak.

I've only seen this brought up in the media a couple times. This is another blatant lie in which the Trump campaign got caught red handed. It will probably be cited during his impeachment trial if more undisclosed meetings emerge between a second Russian official.
