Right now, they can all be deported back to almost any country even though they won't be able to speak the language or even know how to support themselves. Bull; they will have a much better education than is typical of whatever craphole their parents escaped from. We owe then nothing, their presence here is the result of illegal activity that, while as minors wasn't their fault, they benefitted from. I can't believe that a first-generation immigrant can't at least function in their parent's language. Every first-generation immigrant I've ever met has at least been functional in both languages.
