The Republicans have been blocking President Obama Appointments to the bench.

Any Republican remember 2005 when the Republican's were demanding Up or Down Votes.

Political Theater is just that.

President Obama's Appointments deserve the same "Up or Down Vote" that the shrub's appointments did.

All presidents should have an up or down vote on lower court and executive appointments.

Both Bush and Obama were badly served by the Senate on these matters.
