RIP: Brittany Murphy (1977-2009)

If Jeny is on meds, or has been, as somebody suggested, then you should all hang your heads in shame....

Blood pressure, arthritis and asthma meds. That's what I'm on.

Is this what you're talking about?

Well, if that's what you're on, and not some pills for your mental state, then I stand corrected. You're just a foul-mouthed fat pig.....

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'll take that under advisement.

Go on a diet, you might get a better state of mind after losing a few pounds...probably sitting down all day posting doesn't help..

This has morphed into a "jeny Meltdown" thread....it could almost visit the Flame Zone.

Yep.

Courtesy of a couple of your tag-team lesbo beaver munching troll buddies. You'll recognize them by the pubes between their teeth and their foul breath.

For years their only enjoyment in life is trolling threads I create and derailing them into trainwrecks.

So, whatever. *shrug*

As far as I know, lactic acidosis from metformin is a theoretical risk and is exceedingly rare, if it occurs at all.

Most of the lactic acidosis fears of metformin were do to the measurable cases of lactic acidosis from phenformin.

Thanks, I didn't know about that. The nephrologist said it was rare, but because of my renal issues wanted me aware of the risk.

We do stop metformin if the kidney function is poor (Cr > 1.5), but if someone was to have some other kidney anomaly, or an absent kidney, yet normal function, we would only watch closely.

Thanks :)

Mine is low normal (0.8-0.9), so he's probably just being extra careful. (which is fine with me lol)

My wife too.

If you consider someone that looks like a marshmallow with a hairy back to be a "creepy looking dude"...then that's my situation.

You stop it too :)

Me dressed up as a Village Person on Halloween.

Brittany Murphy died early this morning after she went into full cardiac arrest and could not be revived, multiple sources tell TMZ.

She was 32.

A 911 call was made at 8:00 AM from a home in Los Angeles that is listed as belonging to her husband, Simon Monjack, the Los Angeles City Fire Department tells TMZ.

We're told Murphy was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was pronounced dead on arrival. Her time of death was listed as 10:04 AM.

Apparently she is gone due to cardiac arrest.

Poor girl. So sad...especially at this time.

Wonder what drugs she was doing? 32 year olds don't drop dead of sudden cardiac death for no reason.

xotoxi.....? What say you, Doc?

In here, some seem to think we need a link to 'authenticate' an opinion. :cuckoo:

And in here, some people make statements without using "I think", "I believe", or "In my opinion" and when called on it slide by saying it's just their opinion.

Such as yourself...on numerous occasions...OK...got it.

Really? I've done that? Could you point some of those numerous occasions out so I can note them and correct that failing? I try to be quite clear when stating something is only my opinion by such things as "IMO" or "IMHO".
