RIP Nicolas Coster. I think he holds the record for actor on the most soaps. As the World Turns in two different roles, Our Private World, All My Children, One Life to Live, Somerset, Santa Barbara, Young Doctor Malone & Another World

Yeah, he played an admiral on Star Trek in the episode where Data made an android daughter and Coster came to take her as property of the state. RIP
