Moscow has announced it is "completely" ending activities under the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE). Russia’s participation in the treaty was first halted in 2007.
"The Russian Federation has taken the decision to halt its participation in meetings of the [consulting group] from March 11, 2015. Therefore, Russia is ending its actions in the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe, announced in 2007, completely," a statement from the Foreign Ministry said.

This is more than right and reasonable reaction. Europe filled with NATO troops, What treaties are they talking about. One step left fot the declaration of war from EU side and their politicians try to continue playing policy. Should Russia catch the game or prevent the European-NATO future agression?

From the EU side? What a laugh your statement is, unless your suggestion is that Russia waltzing in and taking whatever territory it so desires is not a sign of aggression on its part.

Coincidentally, Russia is making this announcement when the first of three shipments of American tanks and other armored vehicles like Bradley's are being positioned in the Baltic's and still unknown areas of NATO. The first shipment, on the ground in Riga, consisted of 250 advanced weapon systems and will be followed by two more of equal size. At least one of the Baltic nations, Lithuania has already instigated a draft and has begun conscripting soldiers and begun modernizing it's military response forces with advanced weapons.
Russia can not win this contest. They are still dependent on 20th Century conventional weapons and have a long ways to go to catch up with the west. This is the worst time economically for them to rebuild their forces, even it they had the ability to do so.

Putin's game is simply to utilize Russian speaking minorities to destabilize democratically elected govts in former Soviet "republics." Tanks, in and of themselves, are not going to do the trick. Rather, Putin can only be dissuaded if it's a given that the West will provide whatever military support is necessary to put down any rebellion, and Western forces will guarantee the soviet, ah Russian, forces will not weigh in on a conflict outside Russia's borders.
