Struggling? Russia is acquiring oil and natural gas leases around the world. They are not struggling. They were struggling in the late 80' when they lost the cold war to us. Sorry, but there are very few that are accusing O of being a leader.

Libya is just so much better off today than it was under Gaddafi isn't it?
