Russia: Ukrainian Su-25 close to MH17

Russia says, it detected an Ukrainian Su-25 that flew close to flight MH17 shortly before it crashed. Furthermore at the time of the crash MH17 flew over an aera where the Ukrainian military operates BUK air defense systems.
The Ukrainian government denied the Su-25 saying it has a velocity of 450 km/h only and can not fly in the altitude of MH17, but that´s not true.

It seems like Ukrainian Su-25 mistook MH17 for Russian An-22 (or other large variants of Antonov) and shot it.

Them poor people on the plane doesn't even have social lives outside of church, let them be mine and I have opportunity for them myself most family in the United States are tribulation, even jehovah witnesses yes they live. I feel that they serve the country dishonorable way and they should listen include me in The service. Everybody forgot by now how Ukrainians shot a plane from Israel to Russia in 2001 and tried to deny it for a week. Never paid anything to victims' families
