Jennings seriously failed in protecting a minor child who admitted to placing himself in dangerous situations. I don't care what the murder rate is or was. No minor should be hanging out in bathrroms allowing themselves to be picked up by strange men. It's not just about murder, It's about various other tragedies that could happen, too include murder, that i've already laid out in this thread.
