As a counselor ( I am not working )you really do sound depressed and the events today I am sure added to it. I do hope that you reach out for help and talk about it. There is so much more than politics and the crap going on. Sometimes we should just stay away from the negativity during times in our lives. I am sure that you have many that love you which is the most important thing in life ever. I am going through cancer treatment for the 2nd time right now and each day with my family is a good one and important one as well. Again I hope that you reach out for help.
